If you read the minutes from our last meeting you would note that one of the issues we are struggling with is the fact that the current coalition we are working with around these issues is focused mainly on India--whereas it is my opinion that communal hate and violence against minorities is a problem that needs to be addressed throughout South Asia.  We are currently talking about how we expand our work so it does indeed address the issues of violence against minorities across South Asia.  For my part the general premise is that this type of scapegoating and attacks on minorities is deeply wrong--and especially heinous when it is supported by the government in power rather than being condemned.
