Hi Everyone,

I'm forwarding information about a unique opportunity
for intergenerational dialogue.

Apna Ghar, with IWL and SAPHA, is hosting a special
mother-daughter tea during mother's day weekend. Join
us for delicious refreshments and enjoyable
discussions led by Dr. Rastogi and others.

Even if your mom can't make it on that day, come to
meet other South Asian women of various ages and
backgrounds.

Please RSVP using the link below.

Aparna and I, among other SAPAC members, are helping
to organize this event.

Regards,

May 8, 2004 Mother's Day Weekend
An Afternoon Tea, 1:30-4:30 pm

Asian women across generations through inspiration &
support. We are honored to feature Dr. Mudita Rastogi,

School of Professional Psychology, who specializes in
research and clinical work on mother-daughter

women in history, often those who inspire us the most

together to celebrate, honor and engage one another in
a lively discussion.

=====
We, who are parts of Adam, heard with him
The song of angels and of seraphim.
Our memory, though dull and sad, retains
Some echo still of those unearthly strains.
