Problem Analysis/Resolution
Job Description:
The EDI/WebMethods consultant will provide Base Business Support for the day
to day monitoring, customer contact, and problem resolution of all EDI
processing; as well as on-boarding new customers to existing transactions
and implementing new EDi transaction sets when required.
This role participates in project discussions, team and individual analysis
of new functionality and provides recommendations to move forward. Good
verbal and written communication skills required.
A minimum of 5 years experieince with EDI and with WebMethods is required.
Working knowledge of SAP SD is strongly desired. Candidates will
demonstrate expertise in a variety of EDI concepts, practices and
procedures and rely upon their extensive experience and judgement to plan
and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide
consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level
contributor/specialist for EDI and EDI integration. A wide degree of
creativity abd latitude is expected.
