Teradata EDW Tester**
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 4 month contract
Iview process: MAY hire off a phone screen - send if can only do phone
screen

Project Name: Teradata 13 Upgrade
Position Description:
Coordinate and execute predetermined EDW test scenarios to verify the
upgrade has left intended functionality intact.
Experience:
· Most recent experience (2+ years) in Teradata V12.
· At least 5 years of strong SQL writing experience.
Application / Modules:
· Teradata
Responsibilities:
· Writing queries based on test cases.
· Coordinate the running of queries in EDW for the execution of the
specified tests.
· Execute test scripts.
· Log and provide troubleshooting information for defects found.
· Interact with external teams including but not limited to DBAs,
different source system teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Skill Level:
· Requires ability to write queries and view results in the EDW on
the Teradata platform.
· Requires ability to communicate progress and basic troubleshooting
information for any defects to the project team.
