Job Title: Business Operations Analyst Length of Assignment: 8 weeks (Extension) Job Category: Finance Job Class: Finance - Financial Analyst Location: Orem, UT Requisition Data Collection Job Responsibilities/Position Overview: Responsibilities • Reconciliations between PSA Tools and SAP. • Validating Revenue numbers to detailed supporting documentation. • Project Creation and Audit within PSA tools. • Coordinate with various groups across TSO for delivery of projects. • Prepare data and other support information requests as needed for invoices or deferred revenue release. • Pull back up for deal review for audit and compliance requirements. • Run other projects as necessary. Requirements • Requires a BA/BS in Finance/Accounting. • Minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience in audit, or a software company in revenue, finance, or operations. • SAP/BEX, MS Office applications, Excel/Pivot tables, experience. • Must be detail-oriented, have a proactive approach and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Must be able to effectively manage multiple dependency projects against critical deadlines. • Ability to work in a team environment with strong people management skills. • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify complex situations. • Self-motivated, strong work ethics and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Top Knowledge/skills: 1. Good understanding Excel (able to Pivot tables, and more complex formulas) 2.
