*Role: *BO Security/Admin
*Location*: NY City
*Duration*: 2 to 3 months
*Required Skills*:
*Security*
- Gathers security requirements based on reporting needs and access
- Overall responsible for the design, initial creation and the on-going
maintenance of security in *BI 4.0*
- Assign BI 4.0 groups to folders and *custom access levels* (CALS) as
per the security design approach.
- Manages access to universe, reports, and reporting tools.
- Responsible for setting and monitoring BI 4.0 security standards and
compliance
- Provide recommendation for security audit setup in order to identifies
ways to keep data and assets protected
- Have al least 2 large scale implementation of business objects security
with *ECC* and *BW* as the data source.
- Extensive experience with crystal security definition editor for
crystal reports.
- Provide custom methods for improving BI 4.0 security maintenance using
SDK custom solutions
- Experience with Java enhancements as it relates to business objects
- Has had exposure to BI 4.0.
*BI Admin:*
- Provides assistance in software *installation, configuration,
monitoring, troubleshooting and software support*.
- Implements *BI 4.0 web server, software patches/packages, performance
optimization, and middleware configuration* as required.
- Provides recommendation/assistance with desktop BI 4.0 suite of tools,
setup, updates and interoperability with existing end user software.
- Assistance in implementing and provide recommendation on BI 4.0
lifecycle management tool for centralized object migration across
development, test and production landscape.
- Have *at least 3 large scale implementation of business objects in BI
administration*
- Experience with business objects that utilizes crystal reports and
dashboard, plus having *SAP ECC and BW* as the primary datasource
- Experience in business object landscape architecture and performance
optimization.
- Experience setting up *LCM* tool
- Experience with *SSO* setup *for BI 4.0* with ECC and BW as the data
sources
- Has had exposure to *BI 4.0*
