Job Description:
Looking for Resourcing Specialist/ Sr. Resourcing Specialist
- Responsible for doing technical recruitments for Direct Clients &
System Implementation Partners in US.
- Working closely with Resource Manager / Account Manager to
anticipate requirements and identify potential resource pool.
- Develop and maintain network to identify and source qualified
candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in US Staffing.
- Hands on experience of working with direct clients (or) preferred
Vendors.
- Excellent communication skills.
