Position: MDM Test Manager (Junior/Senior Positions) Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration: Long Term Rate: Give me your best Mandatory skill set: - Should have at least 10 -12 yrs of experience in testing. - Should have at least 2 -3 yrs of MDM testing experience. - Should have at least 4-5 yrs of Data warehouse and Business intelligence testing experience using various tools. - Should have experience in providing solutions to the enterprise testing problems and defining QA strategies. - Lead onsite and offshore teams, allocate work to team members and set the priorities. General skill set: - Experience with Manual and Automation testing using various tools. - Experience with Grid computing technologies like GemFire tool. - Define QA strategy implementation road map, vision and goals. - Review of existing organizational architecture, processes and QA methodologies. - Identify areas of improvement and prepare plans to implement the QA strategy. - Define End to End test methodologies for different technology solutions. - Provide strategy and direction on implementing and standardizing the QA process in Waterfall and Agile. - Track productivity across multiple projects, schedule and cost adherence. - Ability to allocate work to team members and set the priorities. - Present status, issues, risks to the senior management. - Should have very good analytical and interpersonal skill.
