Job Title: SAP TPM CRM Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL / Mt. Olive, NJ

Hands-on experience in CRM 2007 configuration
SAP CRM Configuration Expert knowledge (especially Sales/Order and Service
modules)
SAP CRM replication / interfaces / BDOCS : Expert knowledge required
Strong understanding of SAP ECC + CRM integration.
Experience in Designing Reports in BI for TPM and Running Reports, as these
are a main area of support.
Business Knowledge of Trade Promotions and the different Types ( Scanback,
Off Invoice, EDLP) This could have different names for other companies
SD Knowledge – Invoice, Orders and Rebate AgreementConfiguration knowledge
of Navigation bar, Business roles, transaction launcher, Org Structure,
statuses, Web UI customization
General knowledge of SAP CRM architecture including system configuration and
troubleshooting specific to SAP CRM

General Specifications: *
Ability to work against deadlines (issue fixing, escalation to vendor) to
meet SLA
English language and clear communication (to talk with customers)
Attention to details and ability to deliver results
Ability to work as part of the team or alone and deliver based on the
provided target (with little/no instructions)
Ability to work with remote teams and manage his own and offshore team task
list and priorities.
Ability to work towards tight deadlines / SLA and manage Development and
Support activities.
Ability to write Functional/Technical specification for SAP Developer
Courage to challenge requirements if deemed wrong or escalate to associate
