*• Expertise in one of the following languages: C++, C#, VB, Java, Python,
Perl. (Java/C++ preferred)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
• Strong root cause analysis experience.
• Schedule estimation (of tasks), and on-time delivery against those
schedules.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts including test case
preparation, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn, and become proficient with complex
applications, understanding their interactions with other installed
products, and how they operate within an overall system.
• Network configuration and management, including a strong knowledge of
networking infrastructure and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Candidate must be self-motivated with a strong desire to continually grow
technical expertise.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
