Please let me know if you have any candidate available for the below mentioned job role. *Visa Requirement: US Citizen or Green Card or H1B or L2 EAD (Client is not accepting OPT EAD).* *Interview Type: Skype* *DIRECT CLIENT:-* *Pay Rate: $30-$35/HR* *Job Role: Test Lead (Regression)* *Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204 (Local Preferred)* *Duration: 9 Months Contract* *Project/Position Description*: Regression Testing in support of the development and/or implementation of a Medicaid Management Information System, including interfaces to MAPIR (Medical Assistance Provider Incentive Repository) and other strategic vendors and/or applications (e.g., data warehouses, etc.) to validate that changes made to the system did not adversely impact existing functionality. *This includes, but is not limited to:* Trading partner testing Financial transactions Claims processing Member/provider enrolment Reporting The Test Analyst will be responsible for writing and updating test cases, executing testing, recording and resolving defects, as well as communicating the status of tasks assigned and progress of testing activities. *Key responsibilities include:* · Analysing Business Process documentation, Context Diagrams, Design Documents and Business Requirements to design the specific testing assets that need to be created, including test cases, test data, roles, IDs, etc. · Conducting Requirements Analysis and Inspections. · Working with project team (may be co-located or remote) to develop understanding of application, requirements and design to create test artifacts. · Deliver scripting, test execution and defect management within HP ALM (formerly HP Quality Center). · Coordinating the test artifact approval process. · Performing execution of test phases and ensuring prompt status reporting and issue escalation to Test Lead and management. · Assisting in defect resolution, as needed. · Confirming accuracy of post-Formal Regression Testing traceability report contents. *Job Requirements* · Must have at least 1 - 2 years of prior testing experience in healthcare industry (i.e. Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance, etc.) · Experience documenting testing-related validation documentation (Test Scripts/Cases, Summary Reports, etc.). · Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM, Microsoft SharePoint (Competent) · Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills. · IT workflow and process knowledge, including systems development lifecycle, specifically pertaining to Testing: Test Planning, Test Analysis/Design, and execution, including defect management. · Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative. · Strong communication skills (verbal and written). *Preferred:* Prior experience in computer systems validation/testing within Medicaid Management Information Systems project (Managed Care HMO or PCP knowledge, Capitation, eligibility and enrolment experience). *Preferred:* Prior experience validating data within relational database.
