*Hi,* *Hope you are doing Great* *Title: Citrix Engineer* *Location: Sunnyvale, CA* *Position Type: Contract* Level 1 through Level 3 remote support of common virtualization administration and maintenance functions specific including the following Technology Tasks Citrix 24x7 monitoring of critical end user application performance metrics related to Citrix, servers, and farms. Provide remote operational support for the Juniper Citrix environment. Monitor and address all Citrix Resource Manager alerts Ensure various Citrix servers are backed up Apply appropriate hotfixes/rollups/updates Monitor and trend Citrix server farm and recommend capacity additions. Maintain and notify Juniper of required updates to meet an N+1 resilient architecture throughout the Citrix environment. Provide Fast Track support to appropriate users VMware 24x7 monitoring of critical end user application performance metrics related to VMware, VSphere, VCenter, servers, and clusters. Provide support for the Juniper VMware environment.
