The persistent information about the autosave state is in the DBMServer
config file (dbm.cfg). If you start your database with the DBM the
DBMServer will implicit execute a autosave_on after the database
reaches the state WARM.

The database itself (the service SAPDB: <dbname>) has no persistent
information about autosave. If you start your database with the
automatic startup in the service manager into the state WARM
(Parameter RESTART_SHUTDOWN has the value AUTO) there is no
implicit autosave_on.
