Hi, I would like to know if anyone has had any success creating a new database using the Database Manager GUI on Win2000 with the database server running on Linux (SuSE 7.3 in this case)? I can connect to the database just fine but when using the database wizard to try and create a new instance I get a "24965 Logon to system failed" error. I tried the system and os user/paaword combination but still got the same error. The funny thing is I don't have this problem when I tried running the server on Win2000 some time last year. What should I do?
