Problem with database manger :24988 sql error [util_execute INIT config]

Hi there I am using sapdb 7.3  for windows NT Right now i am working on database manger ,in which i clicked on install, so i could see datebase wizard. I entered database instance name and clicked on next button, then I entered all the required information.(user name ,pass ,with 8mb data and 2 mb log.....). Now i reached for last step (install) when i click on install i get an error Error is: "An Error occures by installing database 'New'" "24988 sql error [util_execute INIT config]; -2008 message not availble" can anyone plz solve this problem.
