Hi, we used the XUSER tool to predefine and save user data in the registry of an WinNT machine using a "normal" NT user who has but write access on the registry. Then we exported this registry key (HKLM/SOFTWARE/SAP/SAP DBTech/User/<WinNT Domain Controller ID>) and imported it on another NT machine using an admin user who has sufficient write access on the registry of the second machine. When calling a precompiler client with the same "normal" NT user which predefined the user data and that uses this XUSER user data "nothing" happend (there was no message box etc.). Then we started XUSER in a DOS shell with this same "normal" NT user and got following message:
19719 INFO: incorrect USER data owner What happend? Is there no possibility to predefine XUSER user data on one machine, export this data (in form of the special registry key) and import it on another machine? Thanks in advance!
