No, it is not possible. Only the original owner on the original machine can use the xuser data. Otherwise an administrator may copy the xuser data from his HR director to perform some minor corrections in the payroll records. ;-) Saving user and password on a client machine is always a security hole and this feature makes it a little bit more secure.
