Daniel, I'm just another customer, but I had no problem with the same binaries just a week or so ago.
I ntoice yoru path is not English version of Windows 2000. I have seen SAPDB have path length problems, perhaps your version of "/Program Files/" is too long and causing problems. I suggest giving it anothe go with a shorter directory name. Do you have a English version of Windows 2000 to test with?
