Sorry (and thanks for telling us). ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/7.3/sapdb-htmldoc-7.3.tgz now contains also the missing files. ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/bin/tmp/sapdb-htmldoc-upd-7.3.tgz is a small archive containing ONLY the missing files.
