I downloaded ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/7.3/sapdb-htmldoc-7.3.tgz from http://www.sapdb.org/sap_db_documentation.htm and installed it to my system, but it seems incomplete:
1. There is no index.html or any other obvious starting point for viewing the documentation. 2. There are references in the html pages to ../../global, ../../images, and ../../css folders, but no such folders. Therefore the pages display broken links. I'd like to use HTML help, because the PDF files were obviously generated from the hypertext source but without hyperlinks, so they are stilted, jumpy, and difficult to read.
