So it sounds like that SourceForge makes the most sense with CVS and the
multi-platform compile farm (that includes Mac OS X), as well as the
other tools that BerliOS and Savannah have.

I am willing to start the SourceForge project.  I believe Rich was going
to submit a project request at the OSDL.  Although I don't believe we've
agreed on a project name.  I know Rich has a suggestion, but I'll let
him make it.  Otherwise I think I only saw OpenSAPDB suggested.

So if no one protests, I'll plan on creating a SourceForge project
shortly and announce it on this thread.
