Hi,

I am the other one ;-) I only get the digested version of the mails and do not read
all of them :-(

Anyway, I use the Python connectivity and I feel until now quite comfortable with it.
I do not use an autoincrement column, sequences do the job for me...

For the connectivity and the statement-handling itself I took the zsapdb-adapter from
the ZOPE framework. (I just ripped out the zope-stuff and it worked ;-)

I also use SAPDB with ZOPE (just beginning to get my first experiences)

Hope this gives you a better feeling.

Regards,
Manfred
