i wrote a perl-script that imported data from a file, that contained
0-bytes. i executed INSERT statements to insert the text into a table,
and some strings got cut-off right at the 0-byte (just as normal c-strings).
i think i should drop you a note, that this might be a bug in the
ODBC-driver.
I'm not sure if the ODBC-driver should be abled to handle this, or if it
is a bug in DBI/DBD::ODBC. So don't take my problem that serious.
