Sorry but this is a newsgroup for the SAPDB database, not SAP R/3. You should open up a note on SAPNet/OSS for this.
But heres a hint: Do not use sap* to do any customizing or configuration in the system. The first thing you should do after a client copy is to create an apropriate administration user in this client with transaction SU01.
