it is just the known number problem. If I create a mediumlike data it works fine.

do you mean it is still not possible to create any medium (e.g. "example", "data",...), or do you mean you are still not able to create a medium, whose name consists of numbers only? If it is the second one ... that is exactly the problem, which is corrected in more current DBMGUI versions. A new DBMGUI version should be available now on www.sapdb.org.

the command worked fine but it is not possible to create a new media via the gui anymore (in the style 0203xx).

Do you have any suggestions?
