Hundred thousand united states dollars) in my branch.Upon maturity,i sent a routine
notification to his forwarding adress but got no reply.After a month,we sent a
reminder and finally,we discovered from his contract employers,the Nigerian Petroleum
Corporation that Mr Navarro Angel
died from an automobile accident alongside with his wife and two children.
On further investigation,i found out that he died
without making a (WILL),and all attempts to trace his
next of kin was fruitless.I therefore made further
investigation and discovered that Mr Navarro Angel did
not declare any kin or relations in all his official
documents,including his bank deposit paper work in my
bank.This sum of USD$10,400,000,00 is still sitting in
my bank and the interest is beign rolled over with his
principal sum at the end of each year.No one will ever
come forward to claim it.According to the Nigerian
law,at the expiration of five years,the money will
reverted to the ownership of the Nigerian Government if
nobody applies to claim the fund.Consequently,my
proposal is that i will like you as a foreigner to
stand in as the next of kin to Mr Navarro Angel so that
the fruit of this old man's labour will not get into
the hands of some corrupt Government officials.
This is simple,i will like you to provide
immedietelly your full names and address so that
it can be proccessed and present you as the next of kin and sole
benefactor to the inheritance of Mr Navarro Angel to claim this fund.
There is no risk or failure involved in this transaction at all as i have
made my final decision and verification.The money will be paid to you
and we shall share it in the ratio of (70% OF US$10.4M) for me and (30% of US$10.4M)
for you,however,i will like you to know that i am the account manager of Mr Navarro
Angel so i want you to give me some kind of assurance
that after the completion of this arrangement,You shall keep my own 70% as agreed
