Starting with SAP DB 7.4.3 media of parallel backups are created totally independently from each other during backup. Therefore only one of your 2 media contains the information, that the backup consistet of 2 parts. During restore the other medium is restored first and the database kernel asks politely, if you can supply another part of the backup. This must be answered by ignoring it.
