How do I activate international addresses? Looking through the code in /template/checkout/form.html, I see that there is code that looks at various country variables (shop.options.PAYMENT.COUNTRY_MATCH.value, if country, if not country) but I haven't been able to find out where or how to set these so that the form provides Country options instead of US state option.
I'm sure I'm missing something simple....
