ConstantContact has a nice API you can use to manipulate subscription lists. Unlike Aweber, they allow you to programmatically insert/remove customers from lists. Note that in the US this is explicitly *legal to do* for your customers. IANAL, but I believe this is very clear in the law. If they've ordered from you, you may email them until they tell you to stop.
1ShoppingCart uses this as one of their big selling points, by the way.
