First, beautiful looking site.  I'm a mountain junky myself.

Before you try a fresh install of satchmo, if you can convert back to the
default template (form.html i think?) so that you can know its an issue, i
think it would be a lot quicker and easier for you than trying to upgrade
to satchmo.  Just by the sounds of it, it seems like if this was a real
problem, I feel like it would of gotten noticed very quickly and would have
been fixed.
