I found the problem.
My default language of my browser is "en", "en_US", "fa"...
So your i18n.php file, use the FIRST language and "break" from while.
but i want to set the main language in the system. (the $sys_default_locale
value)
now, i fixed my own version, but for others, i think this is not suitable,
default of all browsers is "en" and mostly non of users change it to their
current language.
