[Savane-dev-i18n] [task #115] i18n and l10n

Follow-up Comment #40, task #115 (project savane):

You have to edit frontend/php/include/i18n.php (see how it is done for other
languages) and run 

 make 
 make install # (as root)
in the po/ directory of the main savane directory.
