Follow-up Comment #1:
All filters are now tracker specific. For some fields, it would have been
possible to justify sharing filters settings; but not for most fields. It is
easier to clear separate stuff by tracker. And it is best to avoid any case of
user getting no result because of filters.
(in fact we could even separate per tracker + per project...)
