What are the pros and cons exactly?
In the worse case, you have a missing link to the viewcvs area.
The previous behavior was causing to have an erroneous link to a unused
viewcvs area.
I think better to have nothing than erroneous information.
The next stage is to see whether we really want to get the group
configuration to get more complex just for the sake of a... link to viewcvs.
Asking Savane to deal with whatever multiples urls and aliases one
installation can provide is quite extreme in my opinion. There must be,
somehow, a default thing. Well, people just have to use this default thing in
the configuration, meaning they should not change the configured default that
should already be it. Adding an aliase management just for the sake of still
printing the viewcvs link for projects that choosed to configure there
webpage to be "blabla/index" instead of the default "blabla" really seems
extreme to me.
