Hello,

Today, I had too fill 3 bugs just for obvious and blattant disregard of Savane
rules.

I'm not happy with the idea, but I'll revoke SVN write-access to members that
are not willing to respect the rules.

- it is not ok to create a branch with no relevant task (which means no
discussion at all about the overal approach, no place to discuss, not place
to follow)
- it is not ok to add new files that disregard the policy in regard of
register globals issue

If someone is not happy with a part of the policy, discussion is always
possible, always an option. But clearly, silently disregarding the policy is
not.

So please, be responsible, respect the rules or you'll have to contribute by
sending patches, which is way less convenient for everybody. I have others
things to do than to check on others back. We should be able to count on each
developer to code in the way it is described in the rules.

I hope I made myself clear enough.
