Hi, As some of you already know, we're currently rewritting Savane!
After spending much time on the 'savane-cleanup' branch (http://savannah.gnu.org/p/savane-cleanup), we considered that it took too much time, and it was too easy to break the code, to continue in that direction. The new code is written in Python/Django, and the backend relies on libnss-mysql-bg (part of it is already in production at Savannah).
