Hi, can the drop-down listbox "Project license" https://savannah.gnu.org/register/ please be reordered so that the entry "GNU General Public License v3 or later" is the first (and default) entry?
People often seem to think that the current "GNU General Public License v2 or later" is to be chosen for V3+ as well and miss the correct entry at the bottom. Thanks.
