    I do not have a very profound knowledge of this, but there used to
    be proprietary parts in the official Sun implementation, therefore
    we require the author to test with the IcedTea variant.

Sun JDK still has proprietary pieces, so checking against IcedTea,
Classpath, GCJ, or any free Java is still necessary.
