Hi, On two different machines I get:
$ wget -nv -O gettext-0.22.5.tar.xz https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gettext/gettext-0.22.5.tar.xz failed: Connection timed out. It's not mentioned at https://hostux.social/@fsfstatus/ . The last time I saw this was on 2025-09-08. Which means, ftp.gnu.org has a good uptime ratio, long-term. Bruno
