Why does the IPv6 connection to netcologne fail?
In Ineiev's test (which presumably uses the same settings as our Mirmon
instance), the I/O timeout is 30 seconds while the connection timeout
is 2 minutes. What would happen if the I/O timeout was larger than the
connection timeout? Wouldn't that solve the problem? Note that the
default I/O timeout is 300 seconds in the published 'probe' script [1].
