It's taken into account each time Apache2 is restarted (because we use
ViewCVS version mod_python).
There's an alternate:

URL that works straight away, but you don't get a link back to the project in
the page template.

Now, I though Apache was restarted every day, but it's every week (by
logrotate), which is too long. So I now have Apache reload the conf (and
ViewCVS along the way) at project creation.
