Sorry for the delay : the problem occurs since the change you made in CVS
(see http://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=4168)
So on my machine I checkout phpcompta and after I try rcs2log > Changelog and
then the problem occurs.
I'm expecting the correct author into the Changelog file (see original
submission )
