texi2html is to be merged to texinfo, the plan is to have the cvs texi2html
repo copied to the texinfo repo, as a subdirectory in the texinfo project.
Here is a mail that have a bit more information (but it has certainly too much
and deprecated information):

So, could you please
* copy the texi2html repo in texinfo
* turn the texi2html repo into a read-only copy of the directory texi2html in
texinfo
