Hi,
The send message function simply sends the message via email.
This feature is most useful when a user decides keep their email address
private.
I don't think it's necessary to develop an internal web-mail interface for
Savannah, since the idea here is to interface with email. It's quite possible
the message you sent was caught in the recipients spam filtering.
