Hello,
My team is using Yocto to build STMicroelectronics distribution of embedded
Linux. When running Yocto (bitbake) from behind the company's VPN (ZScaler),
the access eventually times out and the build fails. This includes openocd,
git2cl and a few other projects involved.
When talking to our networking team and ZScaler admins, they determined that
ZScaler isn't blocking savannah.nongnu or savannah.gnu but rather it appears
that Savannah is filtering certain geolocations. They are asking if the
following ZScaler SME node public IPs could be whitelisted:
165.225.14.0/23
165.225.50.0/23
136.226.54.0/23
136.226.56.0/23
In the meantime we are forced to use different mirrors, which involves
modifying Yocto recipes and adds to our maintenance efforts and requires
resyncing if anything changes.
Thank you.
