Follow-up Comment #1:
Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.
At first, if you want to change the name in the registration process feel free
to tell us.
At second, I could clarify the point about your status. CVS seems to be a
non-GNU project.
At second licensing.
Your 'FAQ', 'HACKING', 'INSTALL' files and the documentation files under
contrib/ lack information about license and copyright.
``contrib/*sh'', ``os2/{popen.*, getpass.c}'', ``src/{buffer*, client*,
expand*, history.c, myndbm.h, release.c, update.h, watch.*}'' and
``windows-nt/{mkconfig.pl, mkdir.c, startserver.c, woe32.c}'' do not have any
notices, too.
Please include there the missing notices.
And last, I wondered again about the copyright assignments to the Free
Software Foundation. It is really strange that a non-GNU project has got
copyright assignments.
Can you clarify this point?
Regards,
