Hi,
So, I've added in docs text of FPL, and inserted a copyright and license
clause at the bottom of html file.
I went back to rwlock.py. It says where source is coming from. I have added
clarifications. Code is under Python license, which is GPL-compatible. This
statement is burried on the mentioned website. Anyway, file is governed by
Python license, and I have added my copywrite for my minor changes.
