Hi,
Your point about licence is noted. I have put all files which we want to
host on Savannah at this URL
http://indictrans.org/src/gargi-package/
This contains:
a) gargi.ttf - the font file (with licence and copyright info)
b) gargi.sfd - source format of TTF font (with licence and copyright info)
c) COPYING - GNU GPL Licence file
Please go through it and let me know if anything else is required.
