Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.
We wish to review your source code - but if you haven't got one yet, how do
you want to use our Savannah services then?
Is it *really* necessary to have the project NOW or is it possible for you to
resubmit when you have got any source code to show us?
For example, we would prefer to cancel your submission now and you'll be
still allowed to resubmit your project when you have got any source code.
Whould you agree with this procedure?
