Follow-up Comment #4, task #5760 (project administration):
In the meantime, I did find those files that lacked the GPL header and
updated them with the appropriate header (namely under the
`src/guile/skribilo/engine' and `src/guile/skribilo/package' directories).
Sorry for not checking this earlier. You can find the updated version in my
Arch branch.
